FACT: Osteoporosis does not own you. Although chronic, with the right approach it can be managed and improved with nutrition, strength training, lifestyle changes, and supplements, which may avoid the need for medication.

We’ll utilize my signature 3-tiered approach to uncover the root causes of your health conditions and find a resolution:

Tier 1: Remove Obstacles to Heal

We’ll start with the foundation of any healing protocol: removing obstacles preventing you from healing. I’ll help you eliminate or reduce the biggest dietary and lifestyle inflammatory stressors negatively impacting your bone health. By removing these obstacles, we bring the body back to a state of balance to promote greater self-healing.

Tier 2: Address Deficiencies

The body cannot function at full capacity or heal in a deficient state. This tier is about uncovering and addressing nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and imbalances in the gut microbiome through diet and targeted supplementation.

Tier 3: Dismantle Remaining Dysfunction

Once we’ve optimized the way the body is functioning, we can address deeper signs and symptoms keeping you stuck with specific treatment or functional testing.

You’ll walk away with an individualized action plan including dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to support you as you tackle each of these areas and make healthy changes. You’ll also receive therapeutic exercises designed for menopausal women to improve bone density and prevent further bone loss.

How to Get Started

Book Your Discovery Call:
During this free 20 minute call, we’ll chat one on one to discuss the coaching packages I have available, answer any questions you have, and decide if working together is the right fit.

First Steps:
Once you’ve decided to move forward, you’ll receive access to your online patient portal. There, you’ll complete your new patient intake form, agree to my policies and procedures, and submit your initial deposit. Once all the paperwork has been signed, it’s time to schedule your initial consultation.

Initial Consultation:
In this first session, we’ll dive deep into your health history and start connecting the dots to uncover what’s triggering your health issues, including areas your doctor may have overlooked. From there, we’ll create your individualized action plan, including specific nutrition, movement, and lifestyle recommendations.

Follow-Up Sessions:
Depending on the coaching package you choose, you’ll receive a set number of follow-up sessions where we’ll monitor your progress, discuss lab results, and continue to support you with things like diet changes, sleep, stress management, exercise, and supplementation.
